Hotel Stefanov

Great hotel. Nice and clean. My room was cleaned every day. The pool is great. Lifeguard is great. He saved my little child at least once. My children liked the pool very much. The restaurant staff is great and fast. The food is ok. I did't like the tomatoes (and cucumbers) in the salad. They have used the ones that do not have any taste, while it's the middle of the season for some of the most delicious tomatoes that can even be found in the local store on the way to the beach.

Stayed in the hotel as a family for a few days The reception staff was brilliant, we always struggle with the language barrier in Bulgaria but the reception staff this time was very helpful. And although he apologised for his lack of English language skills, he spoke much better than my Bulgarian (English is not my first language either) but we could communicate The pool area is brilliant and is always well maintained The lunch menu is very good and we enjoyed every thing ordered with generous portion Breakfast buffet in the morning was highlight with the kids Only drawback was that the hotels kitchen closes at 6pm with such a lovely menu we would liked to have dinner there as well But understood that it's not cost effective currently to run the kitchen after 6pm I sincerely hope that will change in the future for them I would recommend this hotel anytime And I found Lozenets very family friendly we will definitely do a return visit and I know where be booked in 😊
